Lilla Matheson Ohrstrom has loved art making since childhood. She has been a professional artist for over 25 years. She works in mixed media with a preference for clay.
As the owner of Youngblood Art Studio, Ms. Ohrstrom brings art to her community by exhibiting works by experienced and upcoming artists. She enjoys sharing the creative spark with others.
Her passion for the creative arts lead her to help people of all ages and abilities develop their own creativity to better understand themselves and solve problems through art making,

Ms. Ohrstrom follows a mindfulness-based practice, is Reiki 2 certified, and has been trained in Sand tray therapy. As a candidate for the 2018 Masters degree in Art Therapy from The George Washington University, she uses an integrative approach to therapeutic art, influenced by contemplative, gestalt, and person centered art therapy with existential and psychoanalytic influences.
Ms. Ohrstrom is a member of The American Art Therapy Association (AATA).
