15 minute - Online Meditation and Envisioning session for prior clients. - $10.00
60 minute - Art Therapy Session where you use art supplies you have at home under the guidance of Lilla. - $30.00
60 minute - Talk therapy. - $30.00
60 minute - Harmonic Resonance Processing (HRP). - $30.00

If this is your first time to art therapy or online therapy things to know. After registering via email to youngbloodartstudio@gmail.com Please put art therapy in the subject line and request an appointment. Include your phone number in the request. After an email response or return phone call from me an appointment time is set you will be emailed a URL link which is your invite to log into the session. Payments can be made by check or credit card. A bill will be formulated after you request a session and decide when the first one shall be and how many. I look forward to hearing from you.

-Your art therapy session is confidential.
-You will be asked to fill out a few HIPPA forms prior to the appointment.
-Art therapy is used for all the same issues that other forms of Psychotherapy and talk therapy may address. Additionally I help artists return to a flow state.
-Lilla leads client centered art therapy sessions rooted in mindfulness, compassion and igniting the creative spark in order to promote healing.
She has worked in in-patient mental health at Sibley Hospital, Special Needs through A Place To Be, and individuals in the GW trauma clinic.
Lilla has been practicing art therapy since 2015 and has been at Youngblood Art Studio for 20 years.
